Shapes with Text not pulling into AI

Just to better understand your situation—are the shapes you're using basic objects like rectangles or circles with text typed directly into them? And when you're exporting to Excel or using AI features, are the text boxes and sticky notes showing up as expected, but not the shapes?

If you're able to, would you mind sharing a short video of what you're seeing? That would help me confirm what's going on and suggest the best next steps.

When I select Board >Export to CSV all it returns is the title of the swim lanes. 

I have the same issue. No text within shapes is exported… not what I was expecting as basic requirement of export function.
