Many of my participants (5 out of 14) cannot join the videochat, despite having the right settings and best browser (chrome). They don’t even see the camera icon. What’s happening?

Sorry to hear this! Could you please clarify if those users didn’t see the notification banner in the top right corner about the video chat going?
I experience a similar problem. Guests with a day pass do not get to see the camera icon. The team members succeed. How can this be solved?

The guests couldn’t join the chat or to start it? So, they didn’t see the popup banner with the button to join the video chat?
If you still experience this issue, I’d recommend reaching out to the Support team directly, so that they test and escalate the issue to the engineers.
