Hello Miro Community / Miro Support,

I need help recovering several Miro boards that have disappeared from my account.

I am a teacher and I use Miro to create and store teaching materials, including lesson plans, class activities, information, images, and other resources.

I use my personal Miro account with the email address anabelensociales@gmail.com. I had more than 10 boards in my account.

I used these boards regularly until July 2026. I then went on vacation and did not log into or use Miro for approximately one month. When I logged back in today, I discovered that several of my boards were no longer visible.

The situation is:

  • I am logged into the same Miro account I have always used.

  • My email address is still associated with my account.

  • I can still see 4 boards.

  • Three of them are recent boards that I actively used until July 2026.

  • I can also see some older boards from 2024 and 2025.

  • However, several boards that I created and actively used during 2026 are completely missing.

  • The missing boards are not in the Trash/Paper Bin.

  • I have checked my available teams and searched my boards.

  • I do not have the original board links because they are no longer available in my browser history.

  • I am also a Team Admin in one of my Miro teams.

  • When I open some of my remaining 2026 boards, my account appears as Belén Morales – Editor.

I understand that the Free plan may make older boards inactive or read-only. However, my missing boards do not appear at all, and I would like to know whether they are still stored somewhere in my account or team.

These boards contain important academic work that I spent many months creating, so recovering them is very important to me.

Could you please investigate my account and help me locate or restore the missing boards?

I would be very grateful if you could check whether the boards are still stored on your servers, associated with another team, archived, or otherwise recoverable.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,

Belén Morales
