Miro seems to have some serious privacy issues. My collaborators can see private boards that they should not have access to, and I can see boards from my collaborators that I should not have access to.
On top of that, Miro has ongoing server issues. My account on computer and tablet appear as separate accounts, even though I use the same email and password. As a result, I see different boards depending on the device.
Finally, Miro’s customer support is practically nonexistent. Does anyone know how to fix these issues? Or, even better, does anyone have recommendations for online whiteboard alternatives? Given Miro’s problems with such basic features, the bar is not set very high.

@stashpiotr From my experience, Miro takes security concerns seriously.
If a board is set to private but can still be viewed by others, this should be reported to the Miro support team for investigation.

This is correct. Access to the Miro Support team is limited to paid subscriptions.

I will assume you are on the Free Plan, which does not support private boards, i.e., all teams members of a Free Plan team can see all boards in the team.

It sounds like perhaps your dashboard filters are set differently between devices. For example, to see all boards in the team, ensure that your dashboard view is set to view boards Owned by anyone:
