Cropping "Captured web pages". Until a few days ago, it worked the same as cropping an image. What happened? Do I have to redo the whole project because of this????

@peross - I just tested this and am also seeing that the cropping feature is no longer present. When I double-click on my web page capture, there is one cropping square, but it does nothing:

Let’s ask the Support team about this. I will open a support ticket and CC you, @peross.

Thanks for the quick reply. Can you send the support ticket to my email?

I tried replacing "Web Capture" with "Web Clipper", but the "Full Page" screen doesn't work there again.

@Robert Johnson :

In this days I am at this moment a silent reader … but it seems some features gone without any user is involved/informed - even not the Powerusers …

Rightclick …

Webcapture

@Mironeers: It would be better if you involve your powerusers maybe with Slack … but they should know, so they did not get caught by surprise …

@peross - You should receive an email when the support team replies - I will also reply to this post when I receive a reply, so please let me know if you did not receive an email.

Are you saying that the Web Clipper Miro Chrome extension used to allow you to capture a full web page but no longer does?

I only installed and tried Miro Web Clipper today, so I really don't know if it worked before. If it could capture the whole page like, say, the GoFullPage add-on, that would be great.

The email hasn't arrived yet.

Support team update #1: The issue has been forwarded to the product team for review.

Thank you for your time, Robert.

@peross - Update #2 from Miro support:

We are so sorry for the delay as this update fell through the cracks. Our developers released a fix for this, hooray!

Please let us know if you are still having issues with the Web Page Capture cropping tool.

I have tested and it appears to be fixed.

All of the crop points/squares are back and draggable:

I was forced to redo the project without using "Web page capture", but I'm glad it's fixed. Thanks @Robert Johnson for the great support.
