[RESOLVED] Talktrack upload fails

In the boards of my “education team” it is no longe possible to upload talktracks. One can record talktracks but when it comes to an upload the message: “talktrack upload failed”. Anyone an idea?

I’m happy to inform you that the issue you reported with Talktracks has been resolved. Please check if everything works as expected, and let us know in case you are still encountering any issues.

    ​@ffffranz This is a known issue at the moment and the engineers are working on a fix.

      ya i have the same.. glad its a known issue and its being worked on 🎅🏼

      its something i use multiple times p.d. so cant wait for it to be back.

        Thanks for clarifying, that it’s a bug.
        I see that the feature is labelled as Legacy — is Miro planning to sunset this feature?

          ​@heymattj I suspect it is being merged with a calls/recordings feature. With Recordings, an actual video capture of a screen is possible vs. recording board actions, which will solve the issue where Talktrack recorders cannot interact with the Miro board.
