@Harry Williams  / @LuckOmen / @zaragik - I merged your replies from other posts into this one.

There is currently a known bug with the E hotkey disabling the P hotkey. I will update this post as I hear back from the support team.

The bug is different. P key opens the draw panel instead of Pen tool. Has nothing to do with E hotkey as I can see

Hi everyone,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience!

We’ve escalated this internally, and our engineers are actively investigating a fix. In the meantime, a possible workaround is to manually select the Pen tool from the toolbar after using the Eraser. We’ll share more updates here as soon as we have news.

If you notice any additional details about this bug, feel free to reply here. Your feedback helps us improve!

How can it take this long to fix?

This must be a joke or incompetence

This would take an engineer worth their salt 10 mins max.

I tried your application, the same thing. I tried to log in from a different IP, the same thing. I tried on a different computer; the problem remains. I tried in incognito mode; the problem remains. Changing the browser also doesn’t help.

After pressing the "e" key, the eraser tool activates, and everything erases just fine. However, when I then press the "p" key, it does not switch back to the pen tool. Additionally, when working in object selection mode, pressing the "p" key returns to the pen menu, but the eraser remains active, and I have to manually switch back to the pen tool on the left side.

@NikitaQM - I merged your post with this existing one. This is a known bug that the engineers are working on.
