[RESOLVED] Mouse scroll to zooming/out (Firefox)

@Jenny Wilkinson - Sounds like either your navigation mode was changed to Trackpad or the auto-switch mode isn't working properly. Try changing to Mouse mode - instructions are here:

I’m pretty sure that zooming with the mouse worked before, but today it doesn’t. I’m using mouse mode.

Perhaps this is an unrelated bug, but scroll wheel does not work at all for me in firefox (whilst it does in chrome). Scroll wheel triggers neither zoom nor scroll, regardless of what mouse option I choose.

I’m using Firefox 144.0.2 (snap on Ubuntu).

​@OleZ Everything is working as expected for me in the Miro desktop app, Chrome, and Edge. However, I did a quick test in Firefox and zoom (wheel or pinch-to-zoom in Mouse or Trackpad mode) is not working in Firefox, so I’ll assume you are using Firefox :)

I have opened a support ticket and will update this post as I learn more.

Note to support team: Tested in Firefox 144.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows 11.

This just happened to me today in Firefox on Windows 10 LTSC.. Its been working fine for years until now.. I logged in and logged out and also cleared cache, it didnt work.

Thanks for testing. For me, I’m using Safari Version 18.4 (20621.1.15.11.10) on a MacBook.

Can confirm! Refreshed my miro tab (was still open from yesterday) and scroll wheel reacts (for either zoom or scroll, depending on which mouse mode is selected).
