[RESOLVED] Export to PDF not working correctly

When i go to export my boards using the Best Quality option under Export PDF. Miro just sits there spinning away but doesn't actually export the files, has anyone come across this before? 

It works when I use the small file size option but the Best Quality option when I select it and say okay just sits there spinning!

The export this board → Save as PDF → Best quality feature appears to be taking quite a bit longer than usual.

When the “save PDF” prompt finally did appear after about 3 minutes, my PDF is only 99.9 KB and my board when exported as .rtb is only 2.94 KB.

A Miro support ticket has been opened for this issue and I will reply here with any updates.

PDF export creation now happening for me between 4-10 seconds. Issue appears to have been resolved. @Harry Buttery - Can you try on your end?

@Harry Buttery - I just tried this too from a board that is in my Consultant Plan and it is just spinning.

 

However, as I was typing this reply, it did finally prompt to save my PDF after about 3 minutes. I will try it again and if it takes more than 30 seconds to complete (mine is a very small board), I will convert this post into a Miro support ticket.

Still I am experiencing  problem. 

I can not export content to PDF. 

I try diffrent  browsers : safari, chrome, edge. 

Next smaller quality. 

Try to do it many time in diffrent computer
