I’d suggest opening a Miro support ticket (Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center) but in the meanwhile you can use it via a web browser.

I recieve the following error message when I attempt to launch Miro application on my macOS

I’d recommend reaching out to Miro Support by submitting a ticket.
If I recall, I believe someone else had this issue recently, so hopefully the Miro team addresses the problem soon.
