Anyone else having issues with their boards loading on the app?

My boards load on my desktop but not on my iPad or iPhone. I've tried closing the app, uninstalling the app, logging out and then back in, turning my devices off and then back on, and updating my iPad. The app has the most recent update. It works to load the home screen, but fails to load individual boards. It just says, "connection restored" and then doesn't load. It was working an hour ago, and now it isn't. Boards also aren’t loading on Safari, Chrome, or Microsoft Edge on my iPad. Also doesn’t work in the Incognito mode on any of those browsers. 

Anyone else having similar issues? Any suggestions?

Update on my side : new boards created today seems to load on the app.

None of the old one are loading.

My US based clients are having the same issue, boards not loading on apple devices at all (ipad, phones etc). They can load the same board fine on PC. This has been for a few days. Please can this be fixed ASAP as it is impacting my business. Thanks.

Hi everyone, thanks for flagging this. What you’re describing matches a recent incident where boards got stuck on “Connection restored” or wouldn’t load.

The team has already rolled out a fix. For the latest updates, please check this thread: Known bug: Board loading issues on the app.

Could you try again and let us know if the issue still persists?

Thank you for your help in resolving this ​@Eca ! Really appreciate it. Update from my end: the app works again on the IPad but not the iPhone. Also, starred boards do not appear in starred area on the IPad (if that makes sense), so I have to find the link I got from a colleague and click on it to open the board every single time.
