Miro is down 502 error

You are right, we are experiencing some loading issues. Please follow the updates on the Status Page - https://status.miro.com/.

I’m seeing a 502 Bad Gateway error today opening a shared board on a browser that has never visited Miro before. If I visit https://miro.com/app first (without logging in or doing anything else), then open the shared board link, I see the board. If I clear cookies/local data for miro.com and revisit the board, I get 502 again.

Happy to share the link by DM if that’s helpful.


We are also experiencing this problem, but the status page doesn’t reflect this.

Feb 9, 2021 Update #2 - Miro is reporting the issue is resolved. Please try again. If it doesn’t work at first, you may need to close your browser/Miro app and try again.
