Request to Cancel Subscription and Waive Trial Charge

I recently signed up for a Miro free trial. Unfortunately, I didn’t get warning to cancel the trial before it ended, and my account was subsequently charged for a paid subscription.

I would like to cancel my subscription immediately, as I no longer plan to use Miro's services. I sincerely apologize for overlooking the trial expiration date.

If possible, I would also like to kindly request a review of the charge and ask whether a refund or waiver could be considered as a one-time exception, since the subscription renewal was unintentional and I have not intended to continue using the service.

I understand that this may be subject to your billing policies, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.
