Dear Miro Support Team,

I am writing to request a refund for a recent subscription charge on my account.

I did not intend to renew my subscription, and unfortunately, I missed the renewal notification. As I do not plan to use the service moving forward, I would appreciate it if you could cancel the current subscription and issue a full refund for the most recent charge.

@Eca I also have the same issue with Miro and I would like to request a refund. It was a trial I extended and I got no notification that trial ends soon, just saw a charge of nearly over 60e.

I would appreciate it if you can open a support ticket for me as well to cancel the current subscription and issue a full refund.
