 I am writing to request a refund for my recent subscription charge, as I had intended to only try the trial version.

As a student, I was excited to explore Miro's features for my academic projects. However, I tragically forgot to cancel before the trial ended, and I am now facing an unexpected charge that I cannot afford. As a student, my budget is extremely tight, and this situation has caused me considerable stress.

I sincerely implore you to consider my request for a refund. I truly appreciate the value Miro offers, but at this moment, I am unable to bear any additional financial burdens. Your understanding in this matter would mean a great deal to me.
