Dear Miro Support Team,

I am writing to request immediate modification of my subscription and assistance with a payment issue.

We have let go a number of co-workers (shrunk the team from 26 to 13). We cannot afford the subscription of 26. Is it possible to change the subscription immediately, or cancel the subscription now?

I appreciate your prompt help with this situation.
