Dear Miro Support Team,
My name is Mariia, and I am a Ukrainian English teacher who was displaced by the war in Ukraine.
I am currently developing my private online teaching practice and have recently started using Miro to create engaging, interactive lessons for my students.
I really enjoy using your platform and believe it could become an essential part of my teaching. However, I am unfortunately unable to afford a paid subscription at the moment.
I have heard that Miro may offer complimentary access to premium features for Ukrainian educators affected by the war.
I would be very grateful if you could let me know whether I might be eligible for this support, including as a Ukrainian educator currently living abroad.
Could you also please clarify whether I need to purchase a subscription first and then request reimbursement, or whether complimentary access can be granted directly to my existing account?
Thank you very much for your time, consideration, and any support you may be able to provide.
Kind regards,
Mariia
