Request for Access to Miro Education Plan

Dear Miro Team,

My name is Maksym, and I am an online English teacher from Ukraine. I work with students individually and regularly use Miro to make my lessons more interactive, engaging, and visually clear. It has become an essential tool in both lesson planning and helping my students stay focused and motivated during our sessions.

I understand that the Miro Education Plan is primarily available to accredited educational institutions. Unfortunately, the school I collaborate with is not officially accredited. However, I have learned that Miro has kindly supported other Ukrainian educators in similar situations, and I would be very grateful if you could consider my request as well.

If there is any possibility of receiving free access to the Education Plan in my case, I would truly appreciate it. I am, of course, happy to provide any documents or information needed to confirm my role as an educator.

Good afternoon,

I sincerely apologize for reaching out, I don’t usually like to bother, but I would really appreciate your help with an issue.

I am a teacher from Ukraine and I use your platform for teaching my students. I was granted free access to multiple boards, which has been very helpful.

However, I accidentally added my students as team members, and now everything seems to have changed and the platform is asking for payment.

Could you please advise what I should do in this situation and if it’s possible to restore my account to the previous state with free boards?
