My miro board, with some colleagues, are using my credit card. Now that I no longer work there, I want to remove my credit card as a payment method. Is there any way to do that?

 

I’ve read this thread, but I can’t see any link related to “Miro Support” 

PS: We’re currently on Free plan (since I have no longer extended the subscription), but my ex-colleagues wanted to upgrade it back.

This Help Center article provides instructions on how to get to the Billing section of the company profile in Miro which would allow you to change the payment method: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017571694-Manage-your-subscription

Sorry for my broken English so you understood it differently, my problem was to REMOVE the payment method, not just change it.

PS: I have sent message to the help center, and they were the ones removing the payment message, so basically the case was closed.
