Hello, dear Miro team!

Today I tried to log into my Miro account through Google. First time it was successful, but then after log out and log in into another and then log in my acc, the process went like I was creating a new account. After logging in, all my boards and all my work disappeared.

How do I recover my account with my boards?

HI @Иван Чайкин

Thanks for reaching out — I understand how concerning this must be.

This usually happens when a new account is accidentally created (for example, logging in with Google vs. email/password can create a separate account if the email method differs slightly).

Here are a few things to check:

  • Try logging in using all possible methods (Google, email + password, or any other email variations you may have used)
  • Check if you might be part of multiple teams, and switch between them in your dashboard
  • Confirm that the email shown in your profile matches the one you originally used

If you’re still unable to find your boards, let me know — we can escalate this to support to help locate and restore your original account.

I tried yesterday all this 3 variants :(  (and before making an issue checked the forum for solution)

HI @Иван Чайкин

Thanks for checking those options. Since none of the login methods worked and your boards still aren’t visible, the best next step is to escalate this to Miro Support. They can investigate on the backend to locate your original account and help restore access to your boards.

Please make sure to have any account details ready — this will help support verify your ownership quickly. You should receive a response shortly.

My account is free, i cannot send message to Miro Support. Help me plz with it (

Upd: they wrote me, thank you!

Hi @Иван Чайкин Apologies for the confusion in my previous message — I didn’t explain clearly. What I meant is that a ticket has been created on your behalf. There’s no need for you to contact support directly.
