I’d love to help figure this out! Could you please check if the email address linked to your Miro profile (the one you're using to access the board) matches the email address from which you received the access request email?

Sometimes, this issue occurs when a user has multiple Miro profiles, and they’re logged into one that isn’t the actual board owner.

If the emails match, please share a screenshot of your Profile settings in Miro (if you are not comfortable sharing it publicly, you can DM me the info) and confirm the email address where you received the access request alert. That will help us better understand what’s going on and find the best solution for you!"
