I subscribed to R-adjuster template and it is not being produced

Just to clarify—are you referring to a Miro template from the Miroverse, or to a third-party template you subscribed to outside of Miro? Templates added from Miroverse should be available directly in your Templates library when you create a new board.

If you don’t see it there, could you share:

  • The exact name of the template (or a link to it)

  • The steps you took to subscribe or add it

  • Whether you’re on web, desktop, or mobile

  • Short video demonstrating the issue

This will help us narrow down whether it’s a visibility issue, a sync delay, or something else.

In the meantime, you can also try logging out and back in, or clearing your browser/app cache—sometimes this refreshes the template library.
