Public access

Hi - apparently I need access to the Enterprise Plan to bulk adjust public access to Boards. We have many existing Boards, some of which have old unchanged public access which we need to be turned off. Rather than do this one Board at a time, I'd like to do it in bulk. Is this something that can be done without me having to upgrade to an Enterprise Plan? Currently on the starter plan.
