Hi @тагир,

I hope you won’t mind this reply in english.

If your board was deleted less than 30 days ago, you can restore it using board’s URL.

You can find this URL in your browser history or in your email inbox (if you received notifications related to this board). Board’s URL is different from the link in your message and should look like this :

https://miro.com/app/board/o9L_kSnC_0=/

Once you opened the URL in your browser, you should see the screen below:

Click restore the board and you will find it available in your dashboard again.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you can’t find your board URL and we will open a support ticket for you to check if we can recover it on our side.

Hi guys! My Miro board was not deleted but all the important things I had on it are somehow gone. What can I do about it if hacks with restoring the board don’t help? Can I text Support if there is any? Thanks.

I think this is a special trick to make us pay for the subscription. I got so much work done on a board. And one morning it has just disappeared. What should I do?

Hi everyone,

Thanks for following up on this thread!

If you’ve accidentally deleted your board or your board has disappeared, you can restore it using the board link.

Example of a Miro board link:

https://miro.com/app/board/o9L_kSnC_0=/

You can try finding the board link by typing your board name:

  • in your browser address bar
  • in your browser history search
  • in your email search

Once you’ve found the link and opened it in your browser, you’ll see a message that the board has been deleted.

Click restore the board and you’ll be redirected to your Miro dashboard - there you’ll be able to open the recovered board.

Please note that you need to be logged in using the profile used when creating the deleted board so that the restore button will appear.

Also, If you’re interested in learning more about some of Miro’s biggest product updates that may be relevant to your use case, save your spot here at our Canvas ‘24 event happening October 8th. Please let me know if you have any additional questions – happy to help!

Hope this helps!

Hi @Mila Yonce, thanks for following up.

If you’re not seeing the “Restore board” button and only the message “The board was deleted”, it’s possible that:

  • You’re not the board owner, which means only the original owner would see the restore option,

  • Or the restoration window has expired, and the board is no longer recoverable through self-service.

Since you still have the board URL, I’ll go ahead and convert your case into a support ticket so the team can check internally whether the board is still restorable.

Thanks for your patience!
