Hi 

I have an corporate account in Miro. This account was fine until last week, but now I can’t connect “Your mail is not associated with the SSO account”. How can I restablish the access to my account?

I made specially for you a little scheme.

 

Based on this, there might be two reasons why you could Sign In before and now you cannot:

Reason 1: Your email was removed by IT Admin from SSO provider database. That’s why Miro cannot receive confirmation that SSO settings are applicable for your email address. In this case, I recommend you to contact your IT department and ask to check.

Reason 2: (It’s only my assumption). Probably you used to log in via 1 of the available IDs (Google, for example). And this is not SSO case technically. If yes, I recommend you try to log in via this ID.
