• Which browser you're using (Safari, Chrome, etc.) or if this happens in the desktop app as well?

• If clearing your browser cache or using an incognito/private window changes anything?

• Whether the same issue happens on a different device or network?

• Also, are you using any browser extensions or VPNs that might be affecting your login session?
