Preventing changes to board

I’d like to use a Miro board for a virtual “open house” in which participants can submit input on sticky notes onto a board. I want to prevent other people from changing/editing anyone else’s comments though, and only allow people to add their own ideas, and comment on someone else’s (but not edit). Is this possible? Thanks for any insight!

@Cheeying Ho - Unfortunately this is not possible. Once you are on the board, whether it be as an anonymous, registered guest, or regular team member editor, generally you can delete/modify other users content as there are no “per user” permissions.

There are a few exceptions that I can think of (none of which will really help you here):

  1. The board owner can use “protected lock” on an object
  2. Another user cannot modify your comment text, but they can outright delete the entire comment and all of its history.

@Robert Johnson Yah, that’s what I figured. That’s too bad. 🙁 Thanks for your response!
