All other topics seem old. Currently the play button in a presentation does nothing.

 

 

@Johannes Kingma Is the issue still happening? I just test from Windows 11 in Chrome, Firefox, the Miro desktop app and the Start Presentation action is working as intended for me.

A few questions:

  • How are you accessing Miro?
    • What OS?
    • Does your machine meet Miro’s recommended minimum requirements?
    • Are you using a browser, if so
      • which one? Here is a list of supported browsers.
      • have you tired another one?
      • have you cleared the cache and cookies
      • have you signed out of your account and back in?
      • have you disabled all browser extensions? (opening an incognito/private browser window usually takes care of this for you)
    • If you’re using the Miro desktop app, have you reset the application data?
  • Do you have another device you can try from?

It works now.

But I’ve just lost my job because it didn’t work when I needed it.

 

I use the Miro Board app on Windows and fail to see why I need to logon and off just to get a basic feature working.
