Presentation Frames Changing Order On Their Own

I keep running into this error, where my frames keep getting rearragned. 

I’ll save them in a particular order, then some weeks later when I go back to them they are in a different order.

Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a way to prevent this from happening? It’s really time consuming trying to reorganize them, knowing that they might change order randomly again.
