Looking for urgent help - have also logged ticket.

 

I subscribed yesterday on monthly plan though CC was declined. I changed to debit card and it accepted - however I didn’t notice that when changing to another card it also reset subscription to annual. 

 

I now have an annual subscription I can’t afford and don’t need - please can someone from subscriptions team consider refund and changing me to monthly?

Thanks Kiron - I created a ticket straight after I’d done it as I realised I made the mistake. So far no response so wanted to try another approach to engage Miro people, I’m hoping for a swift response.

If possible could someone in Miro please thank Alyona in support - this issue has now been address promptly. I can’t reply to Alyona as my company email blocks external email.
