Please help me access my main account via the link, or restore password-based login

"We've just sent you a unique sign-in link to your email" I am NOT receiving the link, and there are 100% no blocks in the email - I don't understand the reason. I've been struggling for two days now — I can't access the boards with my students and check the assignments. AI bot writes standard recommendations, and its emails are delivered without any issues, but there's no link. My email is fine - no firewalls; everything is disabled . Why isn't there a link? How else can I get into my main education account?

    Please help! The problem just won't get resolved. My students are suffering; I can't conduct lessons on multiple boards because that link never arrives. My email is working fine!

      It would be much easier if we could get a human response on what the deal is with password based sign in. Is it coming back? How much longer will it be down for?

        Lot’s of my students have been facing the same problem ! They can’t log in ! We simply can’t use the board. Please, we would like to receive a human response. When will you bring this feature back ?!

          Yes, the AI keeps sending me generic replies; no reference is coming through, and no one wants to solve the problem. Is the Miro team really that indifferent? As I understand it, they’ve caused problems for a lot of people. I don’t know what to do yet — at least I can try to save the study materials somehow. They could at least restore the password temporarily.

            I wrote to support: “I’ve taken all the steps you outlined, but the magic link hasn't arrived. Could you simply send it in an email? After all, emails are reaching this address. So, where is your link?”  But I only get replies from an AI; they locate the emails, so why can't they just send the link in a similar email? What is going on at Miro?
