Personal sign-up Link is missing

Since you've already tried two different email addresses from the same domain and neither received the personal sign-up email, this is something our Support team will need to investigate from the backend.

I'll go ahead and convert this into a support ticket so they can check what's preventing the sign-up emails from being sent. They'll follow up with you as soon as they have an update.
