Hi, I reduced the number of members from 10 to 3, but it still shows 10. I’m trying to get a subscription for 3 people, but the system is trying to charge me for the 10 members I previously deleted. Please advise.

It’s possible that while you removed the users from the team, the number of paid seats in your subscription was not reduced. In this case, the seats that those members previously occupied may still remain in the billing configuration even if no users are currently assigned to them.
