Paying

Hi, I have a problem with subscription. I had a subscription for one member (myself) and shared the board with the guests who ARE NOT paying members. I’m a tutor and use boards to create lessons, so my students are supposed to enter my boards as guests. But each time I share the link with them, Miro adds them to the team members list, and now because of that my subscription is not 10$ but 38$?? Deleting the students from the members list now doesn't help in decreasing the price, but I’m absolutely not paying 38$ for the subscription that I used alone all the time. Does anyone know what to do in this situation? I don't know how to contact Support either

@milana.gojo You mentioned $10, so I will assume you have subscribed to the Starter Plan. This plan does not support the Guests feature for editing boards, but does support the Visitors feature (aka, Anyone with the link) — more on the differences here:

You will use the Anyone with the link section of the sharing windows to allow visitors/anyone with the link the proper access:

Downgrading your paid licenses

You should have an option in your subscription Billing settings to change the team size (i.e., the number of licenses/seats your are charged for):

Contacting the Billing Support team

For a definitive answer, and a refund, since you are using a paid Miro subscription, you can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:

Note: For Billing related questions, after you have selected Contact support from the Learning Center, select Billing & Subscription Billing & Payments / Other.
