Paid for the starter pack, but the plan is 'free'.

I paid for the 12.50$ Starter Pack, but I cannot access the plan that I’ve paid for. It still says ‘free’ when I visit my board and ask me to upgrade despite the invoice has already been sent to my email. Am I missing something here? Thanks.
