I have a paid account, but today when I logged into Miro, I get a message that I only have a free account (and have used my 3 free boards, but there are no boards showing up). What gives?

@Karen Hunter - Do you have more than one team your Miro account profile is a member of? If so, perhaps you have selected a Free Plan vs a paid team:

 

Or, do you have more than one Miro account that you sign in to?


I’d switched accounts earlier with no change, now it’s working. Thx.Â
