I’ve been receiving charges on my work purchasing card but am showing as being on a free education plan.

I have been trying to contact Miro to ask how to resolve the charges but am not getting any response. 

Any advice would be gratefully received.

@CSMH - Since you not appearing to sound completely shocked that you are receiving charges on your card, I would assume that you did enter your credit card information at some point?

Again, assuming yes, then you still have an active subscription. Before referring you to the support team, do you have any other team spaces associated with your Miro account profile, e.g.:

 

If yes, when you go here: https://miro.com/app/settings/user-profile/, and then cycle through the team spaces and check for a Billing option:
