@DaveM - The tag of “SOLVED” was just to indicate that the question/mystery of what was happening was solved, but the unwanted change in behaviour was not resolved. However, to use better wording, I have changed the post to a “question” type and marked it as answered.

As for an option to disable this new behaviour, I’d recommend adding this as an Idea in the Wish List category by following the guidelines here: Wish List: Everything You Need to Know.

Not ideal, but about all we can do at this time.

I added a wish list idea, as suggested above, requesting to give an option to disable this feature. Please give the post in the link above an upvote if you also agree and would like to bring the Miro team’s attention to this as soon as possible.
