Not able to switch to education plan even after getting the email from Miro

I am a student and I got to know about Miro’s education plan. I entered all my details and got an email from Miro that I have been shifted to the education plan but my miro account still asks me to upgrade to a paid version and does not allow me to edit a board. I have only one team and 3 boards in it. Appreciate any help with this.

    Hi ​@Pra thanks for reaching out! It is possible that your Education plan has not been approved yet that’s why your team is still under a Free plan. I have your case converted into a support ticket so the team can check on the backend the status of your Edu plan and provide more assistance. You should receive a response shortly.

    Hi, I have the same problem. I can log in my account and see other students boards, but I can’t start my first board as Miro asks me to upgrade the education plan which I just have been granted. Br, Heli
