Not able to see issue from jira projects in Miro

HI Team,

We’ve a valid miro account. We’re able to see issues from some of jira projects in miro.

We’re not able to see issues from more projects. I’ve project admin access for all those projects.

Can you please let us know what is the reason that we’re not able to see jira issues from all projects?

Hi @Narendra Kumar,

Can you please check if you have access to these projects in Jira? If yes, then just try to re-install Jira integration in Miro.

If after this the issue is still there, please reach out to the Support Team.
