No VAT ID_ how can I upgrade to the Consultant plan (1 person)?


Hi guys, 
I’m having troubles paying you: the system asks for my VAT ID, which I don’t have. 
What can be done?

I have the same question. However, I would like to upgrade on behalf of my company, but Miro doesn`t seem to accept the Norwegian version of the VAT number (NO xxx xxx xxx=). Its a shame that it is so difficult to buy a product😅

I also like to know how I can upgrade to the consultant or team plan without inputing a Tax ID (Australia). I’m not a company, just a solo user. Please help.

Hi @Joe Apolo,

You can upgrade to one of the specified plans without entering the Tax ID, as this is an optional field.
