me cobraron el upgrade y no puedo modificar mis archivos

que debo hacer para poder seguir trabajando?

Could you share a bit more information about the issue?

  • Are you unable to edit all boards or only specific ones?
  • What plan did you upgrade to?
  • Do you see any error messages when trying to edit your files?
  • Have you tried switching your dashboard’s view to another team? You might be a member of another team under a free plan hence the issue.

If possible, kindly include a screenshot of what you're seeing. This will help us better understand what's happening and determine whether this is an account, billing, or board access issue.


I think I made a mistake with the purchase. I had a free account and wanted to upgrade. I think I did it through a Team Admin. How can I get my account upgraded?
