Could you please try the following:

1. Open Miro in a private/incognito Firefox window. If it works there, clear your browser cache and cookies for miro.com.

2. Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers or privacy tools) and try again.

3. Make sure Firefox is updated to the latest version.

4. Try accessing Miro from another supported browser (e.g., Chrome or Edge) to see if the issue is browser-specific.

5. If you’re using a VPN, proxy, or strict firewall, temporarily disable it and test again.

Please note that macOS 10.13.6 is quite old and may cause compatibility issues with newer browser technologies required by Miro.

If the issue persists, please share:

• A screenshot of the error

• The exact error message (if any)

• Your Firefox version

This will help narrow it down further.
