No company administrator account

Hello, 

My company recently acquired another company. They were using Miro on the Education Plan. I have access to one of their Team-Admin Accounts in Miro. But I can’t find an unser with Company-Admin rights within their user list. 

As far as I understand only Company-Admins can access the billing options. Thanks for your help!

@Lukas Altmann There is no Company Admin role associated with the Education Plan (only the Business and Enterprise Plans support the Company Admin role).

The Education Plan is also free, so there will be no associated billing options. 

One more thing worth noting: the Education Plan only supports one Team Admin role (noting in case you attempt to assign additional admins).

Thank you for your blazzing fast answer! A few follow up questions: it seems like we are on some type of paid education plan. This concludes in June 2027. The main concern I am having is auto renewal as I can’t find an option for it in the admin interface. Can I assume the plan will not auto-renew?

This concludes in June 2027. The main concern I am having is auto renewal as I can’t find an option for it in the admin interface. Can I assume the plan will not auto-renew? 

 

Assuming you are seeing the same as my screenshot below (but with your date being in June 2027), then you are correct, this plan will not auto-renew. The Team Admin will receive an email to advise of the pending expiration, along with instructions on how to re-apply for an extension (unfortunately, I am not sure of the delivery schedule of the renewal notice emails).
