I am using MIRO sind almost a year, having created over 60 boards for customer interactions so far.

Since a couple of weeks, I am constantly getting “inviations” to download the new MIRO APP compatible with my M1 chipset Mac. If I do so, I would have to overwrite my existing MIRO programm (which I denied. How does this update would work? Do I have to start from “scratch” again...is this right? Or can I “transfer” all of my 60 so far created boards to my new M1 version? Or…

Thx for your help, dear mironeers or community members.

Andreas

Hi @Andreas Dünow!

The Miro App update works the same way as other apps: the app itself is updated, while the content stored in your profile is not affected. You won’t need to start from scratch and there is no need to backup or transfer the boards

Hope this helps :rocket:

Hi @Ilaria Cuneo , ok thx a lot...I did start the upgrade and it seems to work just fine 🙂 In case I have further questions, I’ll post them here. BR Andreas
