Need help - unable to @ mention my name

Hi. I use miro with external partners and they are not able to @ mention me. It isn’t an issue within my company to @ mention me, but my name will not pull up for my external partners. They have no issue tagging my coworkers. It seems to be an issue with my name specifically. Any tips?

@Sarah.Wray - It sounds like you are likely not a member of their team, or even a Guest on the board, and are likely accessing as a Visitor, e.g., they enabled the board’s public/”Anyone with the link” access.
