Не працює дошка

Добрий день! Не можу завантажити 1 з двох безкоштовних дошок на міро. Звільнила кеш, оплатила більшу памʼять в іcloud, спробувала зайти і з додатка, і з браузера на різних девайсах, дошка не відкривається. Починає завантажуватись і зупиняється на 20% з білим екраном. Що робити?🙈
