hi guys

i got an issue with logging in. when i try to log in i only see the boards which were shared with me, but i cannot see my own ones. there is also my picture in the upper right corner which implies that i logg in correctly.  i even cannot contact the support team since their support system requires to input the email and when i try to send the request to the support team the box with my email is red and the message is  “there was and issue contacting the support team” or smth like that. has anyone experienced someting similar? id appriciate any hints. thanks in advance!

For the boards not showing:

  • Double-check you’re logging in with the exact same email you used to create your original boards. Sometimes people accidentally log in with a different method (Google vs. email/password) and end up in a different account.

  • If you have multiple workspaces, click the workspace switcher in the top-left corner and check if your boards are in another workspace.

  • If your account was on a paid plan and is now inactive, private boards may be locked or archived.

For the support form email error:

  • Make sure there are no extra spaces or special characters in the email field.

  • Try opening the form in an incognito/private browser window, or a different browser, to rule out cache/cookie issues.

If you’ve confirmed you’re in the correct account and still can’t find your boards, I can connect you with supports for further investigation.
