My guests keep getting 'commenting' rights when I assign them 'editing' rights. Please help!

I have tried on two separate occasions now - when sharing my boards with guests and granting them editing permissions - they click on the link and the board only offers them ‘commenting’ rights. I keep updating the permissions and still no luck. I am on a business plan and have not experienced this problem before up until 2 weeks ago!

I am experiencing a similar issue - however, ours is with guest access to editing boards - it also keeps throwing out that same error message :/ Would this fix solve our problems I wonder?

Thanks for reporting this and for providing the details. Since you're on the Business plan and this behavior started only recently, it sounds like something our Support team should take a closer look at.

I’ll convert this thread into a support ticket so the team can investigate why guests are receiving commenting access even when editing permissions have been granted.
