Hello, I just entered my miro account. In the upper left it says that my organization is StackFuel GmbH. I have never heard of this organization… Furthermore it says that I have already created three boards and I need to upgrade. That’s not true… Can someone help me? How can I get a private account with the free plan?

It’s possible that you were added to the StackFuel GmbH team after being invited to collaborate on a board by another Miro user. If you’ve recently collaborated with someone, this could explain why that team is currently showing in the upper-left of your dashboard. The 3-board limitation applies to the team, not to your individual profile. So if that team already has 3 active boards, you may see the upgrade prompt even if you haven’t personally created any boards.
You can check whether you have other teams by clicking the team name in the upper-left and switching between the available teams.
If you’d like to use your own team, you can leave the StackFuel GmbH team from its Team settings > Profile > Leave team.
Just keep in mind that leaving the team will remove your access to the boards stored there, so make sure you don't need access to any of those boards before leaving.
